OVERVIEW
The Spanish Lake Community Development Corporation (CDC) is creating a vision for Bellefontaine Road that includes the opportunity to create a town center! This opportunity hub would strengthen community identity, provide improved access to resources and services for residents and businesses, and leverage newly planned major institutional investment in the Spanish Lake community.
This current planning process leverages recent work done along the Bellefontaine Road corridor. The ‘Bellefontaine Road Retail Corridor Study’ was adopted by the St. Louis County Council in 2019. While the 2019 plan is a starting point, this process will engage residents and businesses along the corridor to create a shared vision for future development.

The planning team will be meeting with residents along the corridor in April. Stop by our booth at the Schnucks at Bellefontaine Road and Larimore Road on Saturday, April 17th from 11:00 - 3:00pm.
